Hot Foil Stamping (or hot foil blocking) is the process of applying metallic or pigment foil to paper or card, where a heated die is stamped onto the foil. Foil is available in a huge range of colours and textures, not just standard golds and silvers.  Not only does it provide a uniquely vibrant image with depth, foiling can be applied to a much larger range of materials in comparison to ink. Thermal lamination is available in matt, gloss, soft touch and anti- scuff.  Thermal laminate has a glue pre-applied to the OPP film on the side that is laminated to the paper or board, the laminate is heated during the application to activate the glue. Thermal lamination is approved for direct contact food use and is also referred to as Food Safe Lamination. Lamination is widely used in both the commercial and packaging print industries. Spot UV varnish is a coating applied to the printed material to add a clear durable finish that enhances the print, this is applied through an exposed screen then produced by a screen printing process. Sheets can be spot varnished highlighting specific areas or images thus enhancing the finished product often used in commercial print and packaging jobs.

Saddle Stitching is a very popular book binding method in which folded sheets are gathered together one inside the other and then stapled through the fold line with wire staples. The staples pass through the folded crease from the outside and are clinched between the centermost pages. In the commercial and packaging industry, Embossing refers to a method of pressing an image into paper or cardstock to create a three dimensional design. Text, logos and other images can all be formed by the embossing method. Embossing results in a raised surface, with the design higher than the surrounding paper area and is created by way of custom made dies.

Stencil Gumming (re-moistenable gumming) is a process used for the application of a re-moistenable gum being applied to a printed sheet through a screen printing process.
